Madrid Wall Tile
Inspired by classic Spanish tile. Pairs wonderfully with our Valencia and Catalonia wall tiles.
Size: 7.25"x 7.25" x 3/8" (Approximately 3 tiles per square foot), These tiles are very light weight and easy to install, weighing only 5.5 oz each. They are a perfect fit for a standard stair riser, which adds a pop of color and unique style to your stairs! Also ideal for bar fronts, kitchen Islands, wall decor, and backsplashes!
Our Artisanal collection tiles are composed of engineered poplar that has been distressed to resemble reclaimed wood, and have a slightly rough natural surface. For technical information please see below.
About Mirth Wall Tiles
The texture and grain of the wood is very apparent allowing the tile's beautiful natural wood to shine. Just like trees in nature, no two are exactly alike so the tiles retain a hand-painted, one of a kind feel.
Our artisanal tiles were designed specifically as decorative accents for walls, but they can also be used on furniture, applied to kitchen islands as well as installed as a backsplash in a kitchen.
The tiles are distressed to resemble reclaimed wood and have a slightly rough natural surface. These tiles do not come pre- finished so if installed as backsplash or in an area with water, it is necessary to coat them with a recommended sealer to keep out the moisture. For an additonal charge we can seal the front and backs or it it very easy to do once installed using a prodcut such as Bona Traffic.
It is recommended for the tiles to be glued onto the wall, but velcro fasteners may also be used for easy removal. The tile are very lightweight and easy to install weighing only 5.5 Oz. each.
