A graduate of Harvard, Celerie worked briefly in film production before quickly succumbing to what she calls a compulsion for decoration and the creation of thoughtful interiors that "put the person in the place." Since then, she has spent the past 18 years cultivating a portfolio of much publicized work that are as unique and diverse as her clientele. Mirth Studio began our collaborative effort with Celerie in 2015 and released a second collection in 2017.
Jeffrey Bihuber has long been immersed in the worlds of design, decorating, and style. He is at the epicenter of interior design with a confirmed understanding of modern comfort and style. Mixing periods and design ideas with confidence and instinctive style, he is often compared to such design legends Billy Baldwin and Albert Hadley. Practicality and sheer beauty are hallmarks of all his projects and products. He is consistently named to the design industry honor's lists including the AD100, Elle Décor's A-List, and House Beautiful’s Top 100 Interior Designers and has recently been awarded the Albert Hadley Lifetime Achievement Award.
Since 1994, Barclay Butera has been the creative force behind his prestigious design firm and showroom in Newport Beach, California. His success in Newport prompted Butera to establish showrooms in Park City, Utah, and Corona del Mar, California. Butera is renowned for his approachable elegance and glamorous, coastal-chic interiors.
Elizabeth Olwen is a Canadian surface pattern designer living in Lisbon, Portugal. Inspired by pastoral beauty, nature in its most playful forms, folklore, and romance, Elizabeth’s work is driven by the desire to leave something beautiful behind with every step she takes. Elizabeth draws inspiration from the world around her—from her city, to the beautiful forests of Ontario, to her cherished adventures abroad. She’s inspired by antique shops and flea markets, classic fairytales and British landscapes, and the vintage fabrics and wallpapers she collects.
A Los Angeles native, Coco leads a double life: an executive by day and an interior design blogger and home furnishings designer by night. Coco began blogging in 2008 on Cococozy, her interior design blog. Coco’s goal was simple: provide design and style inspiration with a personal and sometimes humorous approach. She has since launched licensed collections of bedding, textiles, home decor, rugs and of course Mirth Studio patterned hardwood tiles.
