Shipping policy

Samples will be shipped within 3 days of completion via USPS or UPS. Variations may occur if a product is out of stock. 

For larger projects:

Porcelain: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. 

Hardwood: Our hardwood planks are made to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production. 

Wool Carpet & Rugs: Our Wool collection is made to order. Please allow 8-10 weeks for production. 

Decals: Please allow 1-2 weeks for production.

Wallpaper: Our wallpaper is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production.
